The Recalibration

The Recalibration Collective

Some things become clearer in the company of people who are paying attention too.

You can do a lot of this work on your own.

You can notice your patterns. Ask better questions. Change your mind. Make a different choice.

And sometimes, you need to be around other people who are doing the same.

Not because you need someone else to tell you what to do.

Because there are things we can discover alone. And there are things we hear differently in the presence of other people.

The Recalibration Collective is an ongoing community for people who want to stay engaged with their own lives—and be around others doing the same.

People who are noticing.

Questioning.

Practicing.

Making decisions.

Changing their minds.

Trying something different.

Living their lives while the work is happening.

You can be deeply connected and still need another kind of room.

You may have close friends. A great partner. Colleagues you respect. A family you're deeply connected to.

And still find there are things you're thinking about that don't quite have a place to go.

A question about your work.

Something changing in a relationship.

An ambition you're reconsidering.

A decision you're not ready to make.

Something you can't quite name yet.

You can be extraordinarily connected and still need somewhere you don't have to be the connective tissue.

Somewhere you can arrive in the middle of something.

Bring a question. Listen. Participate. Be challenged. Contribute.

Let someone else's experience illuminate your own.

Here, you don't have to explain why it matters.

This is a place to practice.

Recalibration isn't something you finish.

Life keeps moving. Conditions change. Relationships change. Work changes. You change.

Sometimes an old pattern comes back.

Sometimes something that served you beautifully for years no longer fits in quite the same way.

That isn't failure.

It's something to notice.

The Collective gives you somewhere to keep doing that—not so your life becomes one continuous self-improvement project, but so you can remain in relationship with yourself while you're actually living it.

A place to belong while you're becoming.

What happens inside The Collective

There isn't a curriculum to complete or a finish line you're working toward.

There are rhythms that give us places to return.

Two live trainings each month

Each month, we'll gather for two live Recalibration trainings:

Recalibrating Relationships

Career & Calling

Within those two areas, we'll get specific.

There are plenty of places for us to go based on what I've seen in my work with clients—and I'll also be paying attention to what's happening inside the Collective.

The questions you're asking.

The patterns showing up in conversations.

The places where people seem to be getting stuck.

The things several of you are beginning to notice at the same time.

What happens in the community will help shape what we explore together.

Some trainings may begin with something I've been thinking about or seeing repeatedly in my work. Others may emerge because something happening in the room deserves more attention.

The categories give us somewhere to gather.

The people in the room help make the work specific.

Book Club

We read things worth thinking about.

An idea might challenge something you've believed for years. A sentence might give language to something you've been experiencing. Someone else's interpretation might make you see the same idea differently.

The book gives us something to gather around. What happens from there belongs to us.

Between the calls

I'm in the community throughout the week—writing, noticing, asking questions, sharing things I'm thinking about, and responding to what's unfolding there.

These are real posts.

I'm in the room too.

Sometimes you'll have something to say.

Sometimes you'll simply encounter something at exactly the moment it matters.

There is no participation score here.

You get to decide how you participate.

Past trainings

Membership includes an expanding library of Recalibration trainings.

You don't need to consume them all.

They're there when something becomes relevant.

Use what serves you when it serves you.

This room is new. The practice isn't.

I'm not going to pretend this is already a bustling community full of hundreds of people talking all day.

I'm also not waiting for the room to fill before I start treating it like it matters.

I'm already showing up.

Writing. Thinking. Asking questions. Building the library. Holding the conversations.

Putting in the reps before anyone is watching.

Because this is the kind of room I want to exist.

And I believe you build that by showing up before anyone is watching.

I'm interested in creating something thoughtful enough that people want to participate—not noisy enough that it looks active.

A room where the quality of the conversation matters more than the volume of it.

What you bring matters here.

Someone asks a question you wouldn't have thought to ask.

Someone describes an experience that has nothing to do with yours—and somehow you recognize yourself in it.

Someone makes a choice that challenges an assumption you didn't know you were carrying.

Someone says something almost in passing, and it stays with you for three days.

Your experience becomes part of the room too.

Not because you owe anyone your story.

You don't.

But because when thoughtful people participate honestly in their own lives, something becomes available collectively that none of us could manufacture alone.

You don't need a problem worthy of admission.

You may be navigating a transition.

Pursuing something you're excited about.

Reconsidering your relationship with work.

Noticing something changing in a relationship.

Building something.

Releasing something.

Reclaiming something.

Or simply paying closer attention to the life you're already living.

You don't need to prove you're serious about personal growth.

You don't need to know what you're coming here to “work on.”

Curiosity is enough.

A place you can begin. And a place you can come back to.

You don't need to complete a Cohort first.

You don't need to work with me privately.

You don't need to understand Identity-Level Recalibration before you arrive.

And if you've worked with me elsewhere, you can return here too.

Because the point isn't to keep finding increasingly advanced versions of Recalibration.

The point is to keep living your life.

To notice.

To choose.

To practice.

To be around other people doing the same.

A place to belong while you're becoming.
