Get Curious
A few minutes of space to hear yourself more clearly.
Nothing to type. Nothing to figure out.
You won't be asked for your email address or contact information.
This isn't an assessment, and there isn't a right answer waiting for you at the end.
It's not another AI conversation asking you to explain yourself so it can tell you what your answers mean.
For the next few minutes, no one needs anything from you.
Just notice what comes up.
An opportunity to be honest about what is real.
Start with something you keep finding yourself drawn toward—or something that's been taking more from you than it used to.
It could be something you're:
Thinking about.
Wanting.
Doing.
Carrying.
Managing.
Trying to make happen.
Or something you can't quite name yet.
You don't need to explain it.
You don't even need to put it into words.
Just bring something to mind.
Now notice what you tend to do when this comes up.
Do you move toward it?
Push harder?
Step in?
Try to fix it?
Think about it more?
Take responsibility?
Pull away?
Try to get it right?
Maybe you start planning.
Maybe you talk yourself out of it.
Maybe it's something else entirely.
You don't need to change it. Just notice what you do.
What might you be trying to protect, create, or preserve when you do that?
Maybe it's:
Belonging.
Safety.
Success.
Peace.
Control.
Possibility.
Being needed.
Being respected.
Being a good parent, partner, leader, or friend.
Or something entirely your own.
Don't worry about getting the answer right.
Just notice what has some energy around it.
What has this way of being made possible for you?
This matters.
Before you decide something needs to change, notice what it has done for you.
Maybe being responsible made you someone people could trust.
Maybe pushing harder changed your circumstances.
Maybe staying alert protected you.
Maybe being useful created belonging.
Maybe independence carried you through a time when depending on someone else wasn't possible.
Maybe following what interested you led somewhere you couldn't have planned.
Maybe it helped you create something you're genuinely proud of.
You don't need to make it wrong in order to become curious about it.
And what does maintaining it require from you now?
Not:
What's wrong with this?
Just:
What does it require?
Energy?
Presence?
Time?
Control?
Staying a few steps ahead?
Always being available?
Not asking for help?
Keeping part of yourself quiet?
Maybe very little.
Maybe more than you realized.
Just notice.
That's enough.
You don't have to decide what this means.
You don't have to change anything.
And you definitely don't need to turn what you just noticed into another project.
For a little while, simply pay attention to where else it shows up.
Not so you can fix it.
So you can recognize it.
Something that was automatic may now be a little more visible.
And what becomes visible can eventually become a choice.
We notice so you can choose.
Your insight belongs to you.
Nothing you noticed here was collected, analyzed, or interpreted.
No score.
No diagnosis.
No answer about what you should do next.
Just something you can see now that perhaps you couldn't see quite the same way before.
That's Recognition.
And you already know how to begin again.
